Meet the Attorneys of Brandt & Feinberg

Our criminal defense and family law attorneys each have more than 10 years of legal experience. In that time, each has achieved significant knowledge of his chosen area of practice — and achieved significant successes.

Criminal defense lawyer Arthur Brandt has handled more than 50 jury trials throughout Florida and has resolved thousands of cases for clients prior to trial in both state and federal courts. Mr. Brandt has served as defense counsel in some newsworthy cases: he acted as defense lawyer for a man featured on Dateline NBC's "To Catch a Predator" series. Mr. Brandt has also represented a military member on active duty in Iraq who was accused of illegal distribution of child pornography. In that case, Mr. Brandt successfully argued for and was granted a dismissal of two of the three criminal charges.

Family law attorney Lee Feinberg was admitted to practice in 1992. Mr. Feinberg has been a Supreme Court–certified guardian ad litem, serving as a private and court-appointed special advocate for children in family law legal proceedings. Mr. Feinberg has also enjoyed success as a family law appeals attorney, arguing successfully to overturn a judge's order forcing a father to undergo paternity testing.
