Our Attorneys Have More Than 25 Years' Combined Experience
Our law firm is a legal partnership founded by Florida attorneys Arthur Brandt and Lee Feinberg. Mr. Brandt and Mr. Feinberg each have more than a decade of legal experience in their respective fields.
Since being admitted to practice law, Arthur Brandt has tried more than 50 jury trials throughout the state of Florida. He is a member of the Florida and national associations of criminal defense attorneys. Lee Feinberg was admitted to practice law in 1992. Mr. Feinberg is a former Supreme Court–certified guardian ad litem and has served as a private and court-appointed guardian ad litem.
We Are Straightforward With Our Clients, Aggressive With Opponents
Our law firm emphasizes the importance of communication between lawyer and client. From the beginning of a case through the very end, we make sure our client understands the legal proceedings he or she is involved with. We have frequent conversations about goals and next steps, so that our clients are not surprised by the legal process.
With our clients' opponents — whether an ex-spouse or a government prosecutor — we are relentless. In our book, relentless does not mean "rude." It does mean, however, that we do not back down from our position as advocates for our clients' best interests. We do not engage in fruitless bickering for the mere sake of argument, but we keep our eyes peeled to make sure our clients don't get taken advantage of in their hour of need.

At Brandt & Feinberg, we treat each of our clients as a unique individual with a unique problem. We are not a "template" law firm: we do not jam everyone's problem into the same template and expect the same solution to work for different people in different circumstances. Our solutions to our clients' problems are tailored to meet their specific needs. The same divorce agreement doesn't work for everyone. Neither does the same defense strategy in a criminal case.
